Comprehensive Nutritional Consultation - Includes
two appointments, each approximately 90 minutes in length. Prior to the first meeting
Rebecca provides the client with her comprehensive, multi-page Nutritional Wellness Questionnaire.
During the first meeting this information is reviewed with the client, together with an extensive interview and conversation.
Rebecca believes there is no substitute for listening carefully to each person when attempting to understand his or her
unique picture of health. Consultation is provided locally on site and by phone or video conference, depending on client preference, long
distance.
- Rebecca is a popular speaker - schools, PTA, various
community organizations, library presentations, etc. Her expertise ranges from preconception/pregnancy and childhood
nutrition through to anti-aging strategies and nutrition for the elderly. Some of her favorite topics include nutrition
for expectant mothers and children, natural approaches to preventing or beating cancer, misconceptions surrounding cholesterol
and what really is at the "root" of heart disease, bio-identical hormone therapy, weight loss and
regulation, diabetes, and chronic Lyme disease. She enjoys and is passionate about revealing the truth
